How to remove parental restriction
II'm trying to remove the parental restrictions but I forgot the password. So do I remove it from an iPhone 4s?
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
If you have forgotten the restrictions password/passcode you will have to erase the iPhone via Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and then restore from a backup that predates the installing of the restrictions code.
Without a backup you will have to manually redownload your apps and music.
