Hello, I have installed windows on my mac with boot camp, I wonder if reinstalling the osxmavericks from 0 the windows partition or the files installed on that partition is lost? thanks

Your OSX psrtition and your Boot Camp partition are completely separate. You can reinstall Mavericks without affecting Boot Camp and you can redo Boot Camp without affacting OSX.

No. Each partition is separate. If you erase the OS X volume to reinstall OS X that will not affect the Windows volume.
