How can I get photos edited on iPhoto from my iPhone to my mac?

Recently I have been editing some photos on the iPhoto app from my iPhone since I'm never around my computer. When I went to go look at the photos from the icloud, none of them showed up edited like on my phone.

How do I get these versions of the photos to get onto my Mac?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, iPhoto

from the icloud,

You mean, you looked at the photos in "My Photo Stream" on your computer? The problem is, that your iPhone will share each photo directly to the Photo Stream, as soon as it has been saved to the Camera Roll. But future edits will not be synced to the stream. After you edit a photo in iPhoto on your iPhone, use "Share > Camera Roll" to save a copy of the edited version to the Camera Roll. This will share the edited version to "My Photo Stream" and you should be able to see the edits on your computer.
