Hi my Apple TV gen 3 i think - is not downloading the latest update and i have connected it to computer now but cant figure out how to do it on here? Help

You should see the Apple TV in the upper right hand corner by the iTunes Store to update and follow the steps from the article below. If that does not work, the follow the steps in the article below to restore it.
