im having an issue.
i want to install maverics 10.9 and i have macos snow leopard 10.6. when i press download button in the app store it shows me an unknown email where i must be logged in. i cant download it.
please help me

I'm afraid I don't understand. Did you log into the App Store using your Apple ID and password? App Store is in your applications folder.

You are not logged into the account to which Snow Leopard and your system are registered. That account is the one referenced in the email address. You are being told to log into that iTunes/App Store account.
Did you purchase this computer used or new?
new. i bought this 4 years ago. i never made formats on it.
Then try logging out of App Store. Then log in again but use your correct Apple ID and password or create a new account with your Apple ID and password.
