Thnx for your help

Actually When I plug my iPhone 4 s into my PC ,I get the auto play box appear and I can get into the phone as a device but when I try to open the DCIM folder it's empty (there are something like 22600 photos on my phone)but it indicates my dcim folder is empty.further I got message box, which states "trust this computer" ,in my Iphone .when I clicked trust this computer on those message box.my auto box on PC and identification of device in my computer folder also disappears

Please help me to resolve this matter.

Further i can't since via iTunes because I don't know how to downlord iTunes to my PC .

iTunes has nothing to do with importing pictures. After clicking on trust, you should be able to access the photos. If you are getting the auto play box, I suggest you use the Import Photos using the Import utility or whatever else you have in Windows to get the photos off rather than going into the DCIM folder to import them via Explorer. It should work a lot easier. Also, make sure if there is a passcode on the phone that it is unlocked BEFORE you plug it into the computer.

On another note, you better get those photos off the phone and backed up to the computer before something happens to the phone and you lose them all. That is a lot of photos.

Thanks for your second attempt.when I click trust computer .thereafter my auto play box and I Phone device indication of my computer disappeared.

If I try to import pictures .it also mentions message box there are no photos to import.

When I read some another discussions I got to know there was inside locks that is why it doesn't allow to open DCIM

If you know something regarding this ,please help me

I am not aware of what you are talking about when you say inside locks. There are no other locks. Disconnect the iPhone from the computer. Reboot your computer, and reset the phone. After resetting the phone connect it to the computer again and see if you can get past the trust. Again, if the photos have already been imported, you will not see AutoPlay. You should, however, be able to access the DCIM folder from Explorer. You might need to check your security software on the computer to allow the iPhone to be seen.
