Just upgrade from 4s to 5s and i think i screwed something up. Please help!!

I just upgraded from 4s to 5s today. he store transferred all of my contacts and pics, but i came home and plugged my 5s into my laptop. Instead of choosing restore backup (from my previous 4s). i chose to create a new phone. i feel like i'm missing a lot now. If i restore my 5s all together will i be able to restore everything from my backup i did this morning on my old phone? I don't have any old text messages or anything.
