VPN Router

I am looking for a good router to work from my home network to my iPad.

I currently have a Cisco RVS4000, but it work work. I have searched the internet many times and can't find any answer to this question. It tends to be overly complicated answers on work arounds.

I guess, simply stated, my question is the following:

What router is the best option for home office to iPad usage?

I expect that I will hear a few opinions on what is best, but I am not looking for ways to use my iMac as a server or complicated ways to get a certificate file into my iPad.

I would have thought there would be something out there many Apple owners are using, so whatever help you can give would be appreciated.
