Latest IOS update bricked shortcuts on Iphone4 - Solution

Please note if your an avid user of shortcuts like myself you may have noticed they malfunctioned during the update. Please do not wipe your phone instead reset your keyboard and do a couple hard reset all settings. I think my phone just basically had it with the series of updates screwing up my phone or may have had a conflict. This has worked for iphone 4
