Why can't I download iTunes Extras?

I can download movies just fine, but the iTunes Extras that come with movies will go halfway through and stop. The error messages just tell me to check my network connections and that it is an "unknown error."

There were problems downloading some purchased items.

There was a problem downloading “Frozen - iTunes Extras / Frozen / Chris Buck & Jennifer Lee”. An unknown error occurred (-50).

Try the "Error -50," "-5000," "8003," "8008," or "-42023" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document:

I'm having similar issues with iTunes Extras yet the advice hasn't resolved it.

I'm having the same issue, with the same content (Frozen - iTunes Extras). It gets stuck at about 161mb (of 1.32gb) downloaded and throws the -50 unknown error message. Very frustrating.

I'm having this problem too - would really like a response from someone at Apple regarding this issue!! I am getting the same error message when trying to download Frozen extras...

I am having the same error when I try to download any iTunes Extras -- the movies always download fine, but when getting to the Extras, suddenly Unknown error occurs; err = -50. I tried doing what the troubleshooting page suggests, but now it just stays forever at Checking for downloads... until it times out and the connection resets (or so the little alert box tells me when it fails).

Again, this is NOT the first time this has happened, and somehow I doubt it will be the last. :/ Guess I will never enjoy any iTunes Extras until Apple decides to fix this issue.
