I can not authorize computer in iTunes to my iphone, an error occurs: An error occurred while maintaining authorization information on this computer. Try to perform a repair installation etc.. but I tried it changes nothing, Please help (vista32,itunes11.1.5.5,iphone4s-ios7.1)

so, I deleted the folder SCInfo, as shown in doc, but it did not help. Now display the message: "do not have sufficient permissions for this operation." And still the same when I try to authorize the computer (Apple ID, password correct) : An error occurred while maintaining authorization information on this computer. Three months ago I was not even own this iphone and first registration (this computer-laptop Dell) could be for different Apple ID than it is now, could this mean for iTunes?

Doublechecking something. Has the folder been recreated? (If not, we might be looking at disk/file damage preventing writes to that particular area of the drive.)
How many computers did you authorize with your Apple ID? Please check from the previous days if you tried to authorize other computers with your Apple ID. Because you can only authorize up to 5 computers only. For steps on how to authorize your computer with iTunes, refer to:

only one..I tried the other computer (win xp), but there is a problem with the apple mobile service ;(

..I think is a user account problem (when I wants to check the contents of the folder,display: U do not have sufficient permissions). I tried whit an adminstrator account and the SCinfo folder is empt.

When running iTunes for the first time after doing the deletion, the folder should be recreated on its own.
