So my iPhone 4s got some water damage and I did put in rice for a couple days and it finally said to plug it in to charge but when I did it turned on but the screen didn't? I can here Siri and screenshots. Any suggestions?

One or more internal components have been damaged by the water. It's difficult to determine what they are without examining the phone itself.
Make an appointment at an Apple store and bring the phone in to be evaluated and to find out what your options are for replacing it.
