Q: i bought this mac book air last 3-4 days ago some time the mouse and track pad are not working properly some they are out of control i already factory reset and installed latest software

i bought this mac book air 3-4 days ago. since the day one i am experiencing that the mouse and the track pad are not working properly. pls help me
