Apr 6, 2014 4:51 PMby randers4,You have to restore it to remove the passcode, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. If it's running iOS 7 with Find My iPhone enabled, you'll have to force it into recovery mode in order to restore it: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808.
