I didn't receive what I brought

So I brought a $25 iTunes card and went to purchase the $9.99 diamond pack on Edjing and I didn't receive it, but you guys took my money from my account. That's $10 dollars gone. After this I went to check and I had $15 in my account and I still didn't get what I purchase.
