Why can't I access iCloud tabs on Webkit Nightly?

I recently switched to Webkit Nightly as my primary web browser, to take advantage of some plugins I downloaded for Sublime Text 2. After switching, I noticed that my iCloud tabs button was greyed out, and when I tried to refresh it (Take it out of the toolbar and put it back in), it wasn't an option to add back. Anyone know whats going on?

I know I am using software for developers. I am a developer, and need to use WebKit nightly because the web inspector is expandable without hacking, and I use and would like to create plugins for sublime text. (Like stated in my question). Not using it isn't optional unless you can tell me how to get live CSS editing and plugin creation/expandability for sublime text and WebKit/safari without it. The fact that I cannot access iCloud tabs is something I don't understand, as most of the changes in WebKit nightly are pushed to the mainstream once they have been tested, so why would this feature not be included?
