Don't have an iTunes app on my new iPad
I don't have the iTunes app on my new iPad but I have iTunesU and the other iTunes related apps. Can't seem to down load it either. Restrictions on or off....neither way helps.
The iTunes app was replaced by three apps: Music for audio, Videos for video, and Podcasts (you have to download this one) for podcasts.
