I just upgraded to OS X Mavericks. I am no longer able to access iPhoto which has ALL my pictures (over a 1,000) stored there. Anyone have advice on how to access my pictures?

Did you update your iPhoto app? If not, then go back to the App Store and look for an update to download.

What version of iPhoto do you have? Exactly why can't you access your "iPhoto"?

And based on reports here more and more people seem to be having difficulties with older versons under Mavericks - my guess is at if you upgrade to Mavericks you will want to or have to uprade to iPhoto 9.5.x - I suggest that you incude an iPhoto upgrade in your decision making process
