Cannot connect iPhone 4s(7.0.6) wifi tethering to iPod Touch(7.0.4) ??

hello !!

got an issue with tethering 4s (7.0.6 carrier unlocked no restrictions on data connection and tethering in my country ) wifi hotspot with ipod 5(7.0.4) i have been able to pair them and detect em but when i select my iphone's wifi & punch in the password it gets selected but doesnt connect!! like the loding circle keep loding endlessely ??? 😕 sup with that ??😟

need help asap ,asked the same question in ipod section but no solution!!

followed all troubleshooting from this thread below too but still not working...
