Q: i cannot get my iphone 4s to pair with my brand new audi q3. It is stating no bluetooth devices found on screen. However, my husbands iphone 5 connected immediately. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Everyone. I cannot seem to pair my iphone 4 with my new Audi Q3. My husbands iphone 5 worked immediately. It is stating no blue tooth device found. The bluetooth is activated on my phone. I would be grateful for any help.
