Waking up from sleep, wifi disconnected

After waking up from sleep, on my macbook pro retina late 2013, the wifi is always disconnected. I have to open preference, turn off then on again the wifi, this is not a big problem but quite annoying. Anybody experiencing this same issue? Any solution? Thanks alot.

Yes this just started happening like a week ago. I come back from Sleep and it just constantly searches for WiFi networks until I turn WiFi Off and back On

Late 2013 Retina Pro 13" same problem here. I use a Time Capsule(Ch 1, 149) in one part of the house and a Airport Extreme(Ch 6, 157) on the other end of the house it's happened on both of them.
