Why does facetime does not appear in iPhone 5c settings??!!

I cannot set up my facetime account because it does not appear in the settings, Siri Connor open. The facetime settings.

If I order Siri to face time a contact it replies that I should set up an account or activate the account first.

I visited your site it says that facetime can accessed from settings but it does not appear under messages on my iPhone which is the iPhone 5C. Please reply.

What is the model number from: Settings - General - About - Model = ???

From the USA ( iPhone 5c ) Model : ME499AE/A

That model was designed for the Middle East market (noted by the AE/A code). It will not have FaceTime.

I can facetime friends from my I pad in Lebanon everyone I know has facetime on theire iPhones. And it works so why doesn't it show for the Middle East model ? Will it become available in futur updates ?

If the device is destined for the Saudi Arabia or UAE markets they will not have FaceTime. This can not be changed. As to whether it will change in the future, is totally dependent on the governments of the countries.
