Cannot receive calls. Callers always get a busy signal. I can email and text but cannot receive calls.
All callers to my iPhone 5c receive a busy signal.

Have you tried removing and then re-inserting your Sim ? If that doesn't help, then contact your carrier and ask them to check your account.
