iPhone 5 Apps Issues

I just recently "upgraded" my 4s to the 5s and I am trying to download the apps I had on my 4s to my 5s however the apps all say waiting. I am on wifi, I've restarted my phone, signed out and back in to the app store, I have tried plugging it in to my computer and I have reset the phone as well. I have been "waiting" for these apps to download since last night. So its had a full 8 hours to process or download. The apps are avaliable to get into if I go into the app store it gives me the optioon to "open" the app and get into the app however I can not click on it on my homescreen. Im out of ideas and running out of patients with this problem any suggestions or help would be appericiated.
