My Iphone4S Personal hotspot stopeed working after upgrade to the new version of IOS
My iPhone 4S no longer tethers with the iPad or laptop computer after up grading to IOS7.3
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
iOS 7.1 is the latest version (no 7.3 out yet). There may be something that will help with the tethering problem in the following: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2756
