Can't install Creative Cloud update

When I try to install the new Creative Cloud update it says I am not connected to the Internet when I am. I have been able to install earlier versions but lately it has not been working due to this same error. Help!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Creative Cloud is nothing to do with iCloud and you should ask Adobe. Your signature says you have 10.6.8 - presumably this isn't correct as Creative Cloud requires 10.7? If so please amend it to prevent any future confusion.
