i dont understand how the world of itunes will come to an end if i dont dont register my card!!

forget about that!

they dont even accept my card whats the point of downloading itunes?

You do not have to enter credit card details, there are instructions on this page for creating an account without needing to enter them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

If you don't use those instructions when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
