Using Firefox ver 26.0, I foolishly installed the Ask toolbar. How can I uninstall it?

Hi Bernard - the Ask toolbar isn't compatible with OS X, but it's likely you've installed a Firefox add-on that includes changing your new Firefox tabs to default to Ask. Go into your Firefox Add-ons and look for one you may have installed recently, and also look for any that show a publisher name of Mindspark. (This is the publisher name, not the name of the add-on itself.) Remove any you don't recognize, and your default new tab page will go back the way it was.
