How do I transfer music from my PC to my Iphone?

I´m trying to transfer music to my Iphone from my PC, Home sharing is on and the pc is already authorized. But it just wont let me tranfer the music

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

With Home Sharing, you can stream music from your computer to your iPhone. If you'd like to transfer the music to your iPhone, see the steps in this article to set up syncing using iTunes:
