Depends on your price range but I have found the Novation Launchkey 61 (as a 61 key keyboard in the lower range of pricing) to be very good value for money and provides plenty of sliders and pots for real time control of plugins, mixer and whatever else.. as well as basic transport options for controlling Logic...

It has a reasonable keyboard action (Not great but pretty okay and seemingly good for the price compared to others I have tried) and Oct up /down buttons that are handily and well placed... 16 Drum pads.. 8 programmable Sliders and 8 Pots and 8 switches plus a master Volume slider and master nute.. Separate Pitchbend and Mod wheels..

Works well with with Mavericks and Logic using basic Hui confirguation..and you can also plug it straight into an iPads too if that is one of your needs as well.

Downsides.. Has a sustain pedal input but not an experession pedal input... Drum pads are a little firm.. Velocity sensitive but no Aftertouch..

Overall for the price.. (I got mine for $179 during the sales after Christmas...) a good deal and suits it purpose for me.. which in my case is is mainly for use with the iPad.. but works well with LPX too.
