Do I need to download this file (BootCamp_3.2_64-bit.exe) even if I used the February 2014's Boot Camp?

Hi! I can't sync my Magic Trackpad with Boot Camp. I'm using Windows 7 Family Premium Edition (64bits). When I try to sync my trackpad, Windows ask me for a special code. I would like to use the Magic Trackpag with MacOS & Windows without any complication. Is is doable? If it's too complicated, I'll simply keep using the Magic Mouse or an other wired one. Thanks!
