Hey, I submitted my app a week ago and now it's in the "in Review" stage. How long in your experience does it take for a app to get approved or rejected once in the "In Review" stage?

Every app is different. There is no way to tell. I have seen it take from 5 minutes to 5 days.

I recommend that you look at the "Distribution Chart" links to see the common min and max times, which currently is:
1-10 days for iOS (with one app at 31 days)
2-6 days for OSX (with one app at 8 days)
