Apple Maps not functioning properly in car with bluetooth when music off

How do I report to Apple that they need to fix their bluetooth connectivity with a vehicle? I have a honda crv with bluetooth. When I am using any maps app, such as Apple Maps or Google Maps, I can hear the navigation fine when I am listening to my iphone music in aux mode. However, when I pause my music on the phone (people in the car are talking, for example, and I only want to hear app directions), the navigation does not function properly. It only gives partial directions and then cuts out. I reported this to Honda and they were able to duplicate the same problem but had no way to fix this except for me to have a blank mp3 on constant loop. How do I get Apple to fix this in their next ios update?
