I can't redeem my HBO Blueray series to iTunes

I just purchased the Blueray Copy of Game of thrones and it says I can add it to my Itunes. Cant seem to find how to do it..

Such a simple answer to a simple question but no-one tells you! It's not obvious that you can put HBO codes into iTunes and have them work.
