LogicExpress 9.1.8 crashes in only one user account

LogicExpress 9.1.8 crashes when loading in just one of three user accounts. Already tried deleting the preferences file. Works fine in the other two accounts. I'm still using OSX 10.6.8.

Mac OS X (10.6.8), Works fine in Admin and other
