If it still doesn't arrive then he could try contacting iTunes Support (as he's the purchaser, he will need to contact them) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
