My music on iPone disappeared when I synched my phone and computer. I uploaded all 32 CDs again to computer. It will not synch the music to iPhone. HELP

Did you check Sync Music on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings before syncing your phone?

Some other things to verify:

1. On the summary tab of your iTunes sync settings check "Sync only checked songs and videos"
2. In your music library check all the songs you want to sync to your phone
3. Make sure there are no exclamation points next to any of the songs you want to sync to your phone
4. Be sure to authorize your computer for all Apple IDs used for any purchased music you want to sync to your phone (in Store>Authorize This Computer)

Then make sure you have checked Sync Music on the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings and sync your device.

I wouldn't think firewall settings would be an issue, but if you're still unable to sync your music afer what you've done so far, you should try posting your question over in the iTunes for Windows forum: https://discussions.apple.com/community/itunes/itunes_for_windows. They may have some suggestions that aren't occuring to me.
