Q: I can't sync music from iTunes to my iPhone.

I cant sync music from iTunes to my iPhone. It keeps saying 'Cannot copy item. The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected.' My phone is updated and i reinstalled iTunes a couple of times. Nothing is working!! PLEASE HELP!!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1
