i heard there was a way to make your iphone think its your home computer. There's also no way I can get to my old (home) computer

The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone.
The only exception is itunes purchases.
You shuld copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your computer, to your new one.

I got a new computer and was wondering how i could transfer music from my iTunes to my iPhone without deleting all the other music on it. (unpurchased music btw)
