I have a 4th generation iPod with iOS 6.1.6 and when I open my bought apps they don't show up, I already looked if they where hidden under my account, but there seem to be none too. Can anyone help me with this?

What do you mean by open? To mee y ohave to have the app on the iPod to try to open it.
Are those on your Home screens?
Have you used the search feature to try to find them.
How did they supposedly get on the iPod?
What if you try to redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Sorry, I wasn't really clear about that.
I meant 'bought apps' as in the section in the appstore, under 'updates'. (I have this in Dutch so maybe I am not using the correct name)
I want to look at the apps I bought which are not on my iPod at the moment, I hope that clarifies my issue.

No, they're not waiting. And yes I can find them by searching.
So they do not open when yo tap on then, right?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sinbg back in
- Download the apps/app updates on computer and sync
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
