Macbook air mid 2013, OS X Maverics, Mail Quotas

Hello, in my account info i get this messages that mail quotas have reached their limit 16.04 GB's out of 16.11? I erased all messages and the account itself but the size of the quotas have'nt changed. Is there any way to erase them?

Hi, i have 2 ISP's and they give me the same numbers.

Sorry Klaus1 i logged into a third ISP and stil have the same results. There must be something else going on.
