will I get a second hand logic board from logic board replacement repair at AA?

HI everyone , my MacBook pro logic board has been replaced by an AASP, I opened the lower case when I backed home, I found thatthe logic board look like older, n has a "2009 @Apple" label on the edge of the logic board, beside the USB port is not tight like it used to be(I can easily remove any USB device), n one of the USB port can't function for usb 2 device but function for usb 3 device(there has one message pop said" ...used too much power...has been disabled"), also apps like disk diag n ram cleaner app cant open,

My MacBook pro is 15 inch mid 2012, so why replace a 2009 yearn look like second hand of logic board to me?So I wondering if that is a second hand logic board with problem, how u guys think?

Note:the technician said can replace a other logic board for me, but this one should reach the AASP after one week but it reach about two day, so may be it really is a second hand in the store?

He also say the logic board is put in the apple store long time so look like old, but he never say it is new, n also his sound like "done something wrong" so I think he is not telling me the true...

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

You can verify if it has the right CPU and GPU. I showed you how. And like I said, that logic board can't be from 2009. There was no USB 3 in 2009.

Your original logic board will be sent back to Apple. They'll test it and replace any defective parts, then it will be used when someone else needs a logic board replacement. That's how pretty much all electronics are handled for warranty repairs. It should be essentially new once they're done with it.

I don't know if your USB connector was loose on the board or damaged in assembly into your Mac somehow. I'd guess damaged in assembly.
