Please provide some additional information? Where in the iPhone are the photos you are trying to copy to the PC. Are they in the Camera Roll or are they in some alternate album?

Apr 8, 2014 7:51 AM in response to Di4870by rockmyplimsoul,★HelpfulDo you actually have photos in your Camera Roll? Note that any other category for photos, such as photos you sync'd through iTunes, Photo Stream, etc. won't transfer back to your PC this way.

Apr 8, 2014 4:24 PM in response to Ralph9430by Di4870,Hi Ralph, my photos are in both camera roll and my photo stream, loads of photos in both, yes I started my camera application on my pc but it says there are no photos on my device and doesn't give me the opportunity to click the "next" button to start the download. I have always been able to download photos to pc but suddenly can't. It is a works pc and have had IT try to help to no avail.
