How do I insert my company logo into the signature of my Iphone and ipad?

I have been working on this for quit awhile. Would anyone have suggestions on How do I insert my company logo into the signature of my Iphone and ipad?

It shows up when I copy and paste into the signature field, but when I send it to the recipient it just has a missing image "X".
