Q: A few movies I had a digital copy of cant be downloaded from the cloud it just says watch but it doesn't allow me to watch it on my device why?

I have move than one movie I purchased the dvd and came with copy of the movie and after redeeming the copy when I went to the purchased movies the movie doesn't show a cloud next it, it shows a watch button and when I hit the watch it takes me to the movie on my device and then shows me what is on my device. what is going on why is this not letting me put the movie I purchased on my device or stream the content to my device.
