Hi I m trying to order a photo book from iphoto. I followed the process described in the forum to edit a delievery address. The problem is that the address is editable except the country which can t be edited. (I need to enter an address in france rather than UK)

The only way one can ship a print product to a different country is if they pay with a credit card that has a billing address in that country.
Do you? If you do then change the Print Products Store to France in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane and order with the French address credit card.

In the iPhoto advanced prefereces change the Print Products country to France
I believe that all EU countries can be used - but you might have a payment issue
