apple id disabled on iphone 5s

Hey my account is disable .User uploaded file

I've successfully reset password according to your procedure.

When I go to download a game

I get a message that my account is disable

what to do ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.


Have you done the rest of the instructions on the TS2446 page that you posted i.e. have you logged out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?

If that hasn't fixed it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
