apple id disabled on iphone 5s

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.

Have you done the rest of the instructions on the TS2446 page that you posted i.e. have you logged out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?

If that hasn't fixed it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Im having same issue and can't update any of my apps don't want to lose anything I have on my iPad, I wrote to support 3 times already without answer, I was wondering if you were able to fix it and if you were lucky please let me know what to do, thanks
