My husband gets my gmails on his iPhone

I have looked on line to try to solve this problem and tried one suggestion -settings/safari/passwords&autofill/saved passwords and to delete account, but my account was not there on his phone! we both have ipads and I have checked those and we have a Mac at home which I use as well. This has only started occuring the last month or so, and we cannot understand why he should receive them? Can anyone advise please?
