I can't restart my ipod because of some apps that were downloaded from internet. How can I repair it? Well, can I repair it by my self? Or do I have to go to a center for some help?

What does that mean? I can't think of any reason why an App should prevent an iPod from "re-starting".

Have you jailbroken your iPod?
