I bought a new laptop. Now that I connect my iphone5 to my new laptop, it doesn't show in top right corner as my device I plugged in. Doesn't appear anywhere. Please help. I have even tried switching the firewalls totally off.
My computer doesn't pick up my iPhone. Bought a new laptop. I even tried switching off the firewalls completely. That didn't even work. I don't know what to try next. This shouldn't be the case. iPhone has a couple of issues that I really don't like.
